Hello, I can boot Tails from a DVD but it does not find the net connection.
I get the animation with a small blue circle at the top right corner of the screen, and the message "requesting wired network", then after several seconds the message "network connection has been disconnected". This happens repeatedly. But my connection is available, I can normally surf with Windows. I did not have this problem with the former Tails versions, excepted the last one 1.2. which has been connecting properly in November and December, but failed to connect in January. My private PC at home is connected per LAN to a DSL-router. Do you have an idea, how to solve the issue ? Thx
