Sorry for my bad English.
As you can see here https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/persistence/configure/index.en.html#index8h2
"Note that those packages are not automatically installed when restarting Tails."
The meaning of this option is to reduce the time to download the necessary programs and also give the ability to install it without an Internet connection.
For autoinstall software on boot see "Additional software packages" section - https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/persistence/configure/index.en.html#index13h2

Hi,

this is not the case. When I install a package (for example, kleoptra), and then
I shut down, and then restart the system - it does not recognize the package, and
I have to re-install.Please read the corresponding part of the documentation:
https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/persistence/configure/#index13h2I am still running Tails 0.23 (afraid to upgrade, since the last time I have upgraded
(system on a usb drive), it would not start - was issuing error messages, turned out
a bug in the upgrade package). It's very dangerous, for many reasons, to run such an old version.
Please don't.
Cheers,
