The first picture was the thing I encountered. Following two were the CPU and PCI info of the laptop I use for testing. Just now I tested the 2.0 on my another laptop with Intel Atom which has successfully shutdowned. I have not used the 1.8 while I get the 1.6 as my daily use on various machines.
