Dear experts
I am trying to debug a problem; I need to continuously monitor the
system and kernel logs.
It turns out that after a while, dmesg stops working and gets stuck at
the last messages; then if I go:
sudo dmesg -C
(clear the ring buffer), then dmesg stays empty.
In addition, after upgrading to Tails 2.0.1, there is no /var/log/syslog
file at all! (The file: /var/log/Xorg.0.log does exist, but it's not
helpful).
What to do??
