Since Vidalia is dead and the "onion circuits" program lacks enough detail for my liking, can I use the "arm" program to monitor my connection(s) but only when running Tor as a Client? (in "ClientOnly 1" mode, specified manually in all traces of active *torrc* files) Or does arm require the user to be running as a node?
