## "IP6tables -vnL" Question With IPv6 disabled in Network Manager's Settings, as well as sysctl and manually blacklisted in /etc/modprobe.d/, I notice with the above command in a terminal, one port is listed as allowed in input AND output: tcp spt/dpt 4101.
What is this for? I looked it up and it says it's for: "Braille protocol". I don't use any braille packages. In some other pages on the web it lists several other applications, mostly for Windows or phones which use this port. Some also mention "JMS". I have ipv6 disabled but how is it that ip6tables is in some way configured to allow port 4101 traffic? For what? Should I configure my own script to run on Tails which disables these settings on boot? _______________________________________________ tails-support mailing list [email protected] https://mailman.boum.org/listinfo/tails-support To unsubscribe from this list, send an empty email to [email protected].
