1. No idea, this looks like some GNOME tweaking, and thus isn't strictly related to Tails. Did you look for instructions on how to do so on the web? 2. A .exe file will not behaves in Tails as it does in Windows. It will not be executed as you might expect if you compare to Windows. What was your purpose? Cheers.
