My laptop is now 100% fucked but a friend is going to fix it tomorrow.
Tails is either incompatible with my Asus laptop OR the software was
evil...?

No worries I'm not technically crazy (yet) but I did just have a 'modern
nightmare' Freud would be really confused by, where I got the weirdest
message on my phone like "oops it seems your laptop's been corrupted, do
you want your phone and privacy to be ok?" and in the dream I knew that was
basically the government saying "Do what we tell you: stop thinking and
looking for answers".
Isn't it utterly sad that this notion in my dream instilled the biggest,
most generalised fear? We complain about North-Korea but fuck how is this
any different.
Anyway it was just a dream and so probably also just my imagination etc,
thanks for trying to help, that's it for me. Have a great end of the year
everyone,

Sincerely,

Clémence who will never touch a BIOS ever again.
