This subject is indeed outside of Tails support.

However, here are some ideas:

I think this should be reported to your email provider if possible.
They can flag such email as spam. Sometimes, adding such email to a
"spam-learn" folder will be sufficient for the email server to detect
and further block such e-mails (but this also depends on your provider
and their services).

Otherwise one can use https://www.spamcop.net/ (which is a 3rd party
service we are absolutely not affiliated with).
