Hello, I'm currently doing a research project into the usage of TAILS, as part of my project I need to be able to analyse the Linux Headers associated with the current version. I am using Tails 2.10 which is ran on Linux 4.8.0-0, however whenever I attempt to update / upgrade to a later version, I am unable to progress with installing a supported package by Debian. Is there any way I can acquire a system with the same Linux version 4.8.0-0 or is there any way I can upgrade the Linux version in TAILS?
FYI I am doing a computer forensics project, and my research is based upon Tails usage, to investigate what can or cannot be retrieved (data wise). Help would be very appreciated, Thank you, James This message is intended solely for the addressee and may contain confidential and/or legally privileged information.
