Creating the intermediate USB flash disk from Windows 7 works, and that
stick boots Tails 2.11. However the final Tails stick, made from within
Tails as per instructions, is *not* shown in the PC's boot menu.

I have tried several different USB sticks and swapped them around in the
creation order; it isn't the sticks causing the issue.

My PC is an HP 800 G2 Desktop Mini, with the latest BIOS. It is set up for
legacy boot. Examining the final stick shows an EFI partition. I guess that
is why my Legacy-configured BIOS cannot see the stick to boot from.

HP makes it a pain to switch between UEFI and Legacy, requiring multiple
reboots. Plus, I do not want to risk my Windows installation if the PC
tries to boot it in the wrong mode. (I'm not that familiar with UEFI and I
don't trust it not to mess up my Legacy installation).

Is there a way around this?
