Currently there is no way to do this and any forensics expert would find
this hidden partition I believe. However,

- You could have a second encrypted USB key.

- Or you could set up an encrypted container somewhere on the persistent
partition.

There are many howtos on how to do that:

But as I said, in my opinion, it's not really hidden, it would just not
be decrypted by the main password.
