A lot of the tags show a UK heritage.  My memory of mini roundabouts in the 
UK is one that they are painted on the road, rather than raised.  My copy of 
"The Highway Code" is packed away, so I can't check at the moment.  In 
any case, a mini roundabout can be driven over by a truck (lorry).
