The fuels section of the wiki is duplicated and disjointed some what,
it only states biodiesel, there is no mention of mixes.

As per a previous email, the author has offered to send me a copy of
his code, not sure that I'll be able to do much with it since it's in
python, but ya never know.

Ideally the fuels shown should be updated from OSM, and if entered
into osmfuels it should update OSM so they're in sync with each other.
