When I did a Dial Before You Dig query, the maps from Allgas used an openstreetmap. The legend actually referred to UBD as the basemap, which I assume was an oversight. I sent them an email asking to fix the attribution but never heard back from them.
The netbi tool (http://www.netbi.com.au/) also uses openstreetmap Mapnik tiles as the background for it's maps. Anyone else been pleasantly surprised to find OSM in use somewhere?
