Have a look at bikely.com . It is a great place to document and share personal cycling routes, and it has the OSM Cycle Layer as one of the display map options. This gives the best of both worlds: tag cycling infrastructure and official routes in OSM, but then share personal favourites overlayed on OSM maps. - Lachlan
