There are now hundreds of websites devoted to the implementation of GDA2020. Read here for a good summary of what is happening.
http://gda2020.com.au/ Each state authority has their own portals now showing their individuals progress towards its implementation. Some people has asked about parameters for the new datum. My understanding is they will be based upon a single epoch, at 12.00.01 on January 2017, so until than will can only wait to see the extent of che change, once the parameters are released.
