it is a gust house that is easily identified as such from the street.
If it is a private residence without any signs then it should not be
mapped.

The best you can do is place an address that you can see from the street
on the relevant properties.
That data is public and won't change so it is beneficial to all, even if
the people move or change their mind on opening themselves up to guests.
