Airborne Research Australia has been flying aerial imagery around Adelaide Hills and Kangaroo Island released under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 https://www.airborneresearch.org.au/fires-2020.
I've sent an email with the imagery tracing waiver to ask for permission to use for tracing into OSM. I'll update here if I hear back.
