Curious what use cases you have in mind. Both Mapillary and OpenStreetCam layers can be accessed in iD/JOSM, but not so easily with a lat/lon. Not a criticism at all, just wondering what prompted this idea in case there is anything we can do with API/OSM tools to help you further.
