HI Graeme, When you send an email to the list, it then sends a copy to subscribers which includes a mirror at gmane.org. For some reason the copy at gname.org is bouncing back and you get the bounce.
So the link between the mailing list and gmane needs fixing, a job for the administrator of all the openstreetmap.org lists I’ll have a poke and raise the issue with someone.
