I've certainly never seen one of these in my 20 years in the UK (though that 
doesn't mean they don't exist of course!).

Do they exist in NL or DE? If so, they'll probably have been mapped so you 
could copy that?

How do you map a "verkeerstuin" (I have no idea what the English or French 
words are).It's a place where young children learn the traffic code while 
riding a bicycle or a go-cart. You find one in the Vrijbroekpark in Mechelen 
and Rivierenhof in Deurne.
