Hi,

This was posted on talk-de. Apparently there is a date published for
phase 5 in the license change process:

https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=1UCVD45uSzsy3QBGAn8hlu8Ki-UAZoWLkSUOa16yAje4

1st of April 2012

Why they couldn't have selected a date that sounded less like a joke,
I don't know :-)

And what exactly is going to happen on March 31st is not entirely
clear to me either. What about split ways? Are they going to delete
all ways that were ever touched by indecided/unreachable people and
nay sayers or will they revert them to before they were edited by
them?

Anyway, I've been working on recreating ways, nodes and relations and
dropping the pieces of information contributed by people who hadn't
agreed (yet), but it's a very tedious job and it takes up enormous
amounts of time.

There is one area in Oost-Vlaanderen wich will be particularly
affected, because of 2 contributors who have been very active and then
said no.

The reason why I check the data I touch myself, at the end of an
editing session is because I don't want my contributions, which I add
on top of the contributions of others, to be lost.
The entire history of the objects is lost in the process though, which
is less than optimal...
And, of course, the process is error prone.

Kind regards,

Jo
