The redaction bot is going over Belgium right now, so I guess that when 
everyone is awake tomorrow, it'll be mostly done...

Of course, finding out what actually was changed will be very challenging, but 
several people have done lots of remapping of non-odbl data in Belgium in the 
past months, so we *should* come out of this without too much harm done...
