We do have tags for tactile paving, but it's not very clear how it ought to be used. Take for instance all the foot massagers leading to pedestrian crossings. We could map them as ways, but then we would need to map the sidewalks as areas, which we usually don't. Alternatively we could mark the crossing as having the paving, but in reality that's hardly ever the case.
Then there are the sound signals the traffic lights may make, we do have a tag for those: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway%3Dtraffic_signals But I doubt many of them will be mapped to that level of detail. The same goes for the menus of restaurants. No idea if we have a tag, but very few will be tagged as such.
