Yes, you might ask him if, in return of the help we bring, IBPT would let us import and update their antenna data. They would in turn benefit from that in being able to display antennas on that map right from OSM. I once tried to get in contact with their official e-mail address but they did not reply. Trying to convince someone of them would be a more successful way. The SPW contains an antenna map (cadastre), but not all the details the IBPT could provide. In case of reluctance, but only then, tell them that they can restrict the data they send us (or let us use). The minimum is obviously the coordinates. They have address, operators, IDs <http://www.sites.bipt.be/index.php?language=FR> and maybe more.
