I would agree with Gyrbo that only Belgium is necessary, and the neighboring regions nice to have. Outside of Europe there is little name:nl tagging anyway:

I'm thinking of setting up a list of things-we-would-do-if-you-give-us-your-money, and this could be one item. That said, wasn't the wikimedia server stack going to solve this problem?
