Yes, this is clearly a mistake caused by careless bulk imports or someone 
blindly copying information directly from the Villo! website because the text 
strings match.

When we see names such as "Station n° 312 CENTRE CULTUREL / CULTUREEL CENTRUM - 
BD DU SOUVERAIN FACE 282 / VORSTLAAN VOOR 282" we should change that and move 
the information into the appropriate keys: name (name=), address (addr:*=) and 
reference number (ref=).

In recent weeks I have done some work and fixed most stations in the city 
centre already.  It’s tricky because it is not only a tagging problem but quite 
often the nodes are not located correctly, so this requires proper surveying 
too.  Doing the rest of the network is part of my personal to-do list, but if 
someone else is willing to contribute, any help is welcome.
