Hi,

The case of the maxspeed lowering in Flanders looked like a nice case for
Mapcontrib to me. Here it is:

https://www.mapcontrib.xyz/t/0f41fc-Vlaamse_maximumsnelheid_9070

It is built on a query made by Ruben. But it only includes possibly
mistagged roads that have no source:maxspeed tag. So the proposed solutions
in the app are 90 because traffic signs, 70 because traffic signs or 70
because rural Flanders. This info then corrects the maxspeed and creates a
source:maxspeed tag. Hence the road is removed from the query.

Just connect your account (using the smiley face), zoom in to see roads,
and click on a road (or its centroid) to see some info. Click the pencil to
edit. There's also a link to edit the road in your default editor. That
might be practical to verify with Mapillary images.

Making this instance took me maybe half an hour. There are step by step
instructions here:

(also available in French)

Let me know what you think!
