Sobre balões/rotatórias, a wiki diz para dar nome apenas se a rotatória em questão tiver realmente um nome próprio diferente dos nomes das ruas. "A roundabout should only be tagged with name<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:name> =* if the junction itself is named independently and differently from the roads crossing it."
