The file its self would just be a TIFF. So printing it locally shouldnt be that hard. I know that here in BC - London Drugs (like Ontario Shoppers Drugmart) or Wall Mart, has a photo print shop. Just like you can get t-shirts done. Its only a volume discount if its a large production.
