Hi Robert, It depends on you !-) If you are not concerned by updates in Quebec and in Manitoba, and if you like to remove natural=land areas manually, and convert runway to apron before capturing corresponding runway and taxiway, then I guess you should resume your imports.
You can also check the status of the conversion for your area using the following link ftp://ftp2.cits.rncan.gc.ca/osm/pub/ZippedOsm.txt instead of waiting that the entire country is finished!
