                Richard Weait also picked up on the license issues with the 
City of Fredericton's Open Data website.  We have provided the City of 
Fredericton with some feedback, suggestions, and offers of assistance.  An 
initial response from the City has indicated that they will review the issues.  
Let's hope they make some changes.

A quick reading of the terms of use at 
http://www.fredericton.ca/en/citygovernment/TermsOfUse.asp seems to show that 
they suffer from the same problems as the Vancouver terms of use and are 
non-open. http://weait.com/content/unintended-restrictions has an analysis of 
them.

This is not just a problem for OSM, but for anyone who does due diligence and 
reads the license.

The license also appears to be incompatible with the Vancouver license.
