Paul, Richard Weait also picked up on the license issues with the City of Fredericton's Open Data website. We have provided the City of Fredericton with some feedback, suggestions, and offers of assistance. An initial response from the City has indicated that they will review the issues. Let's hope they make some changes.

This is not just a problem for OSM, but for anyone who does due diligence and reads the license. The license also appears to be incompatible with the Vancouver license.
