Great initiative! Never seen Tasking Manager before, but it looks a solid platform for breaking down and logging tasks. Canada Post Postal Code data is absolutely /not/ open data (if it were, why would they be suing Ervin still? http://geocoder.ca/?sued=1) and shouldn't be in OSM. cheers, Stewart
