Something odd is going on with that area. If you look carefully at the lake
at the closer zoom, the lower left side is filled in correctly and the rest
is blank. Also, the Isle just above that (Île de Carillon) is displaying as
water and it should be as land (inner portion of Lac des Deux-Montagnes). I
traced the entire outer lake relation and it appears to be intact. The only
oddity that I see is in that lower left portion -(
https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/45.4975/-74.3210). In iD, it looks
like this (https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit#map=16/45.4992/-74.3287).
Selecting that line indicates that this is defining the outer boundary of
the La rivière Rigaud. I imagine that these are interrupting each other in
some manner. That polygon structure may have recently been imported
considering the line for this "river" runs completely straight across this
section of the lake and into the ground there (still straight) and I am
getting some trees rendered in that "river" area. Edit history there
indicates that a user named Boff II (
https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Boff%20II) made changes to the Lake 13
hours ago. Maybe he had something to do with it? Try contacting him.
