Hi John,

Here is a list of open government licence variants which have been confirmed as 
compatible by the Licensing Working Group 
https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/OGL_Canada_and_local_variants. If the 
municipality you are wanting to take data from isn’t on there you can always 
email the LWG asking to confirm the licence’s compatibility or the municipality 
themselves to get confirmation (make sure you tell the municipality what your 
contributions using their data will be licenced under though).
