Por lo que Jean-Guilhem sugiere, traducir Geochat a español sería un buen esfuerzo, va a haber varios voluntarios no desarrolladores, con lo cual sería interesante intentar conseguir colaboración en eso. La plataforma para la traducción ya está lista: http://lang.instedd.org/projects/geochat/ Por otra parte, sería ideal identificar alguien con algún contacto en alguna teléfonica que nos pueda dar una mano con un número local para acceder via SMPP o HTTP o incluso algún aggregator que brinde ese servicio. En el peor de los casos, si alguien puede tener un Local Gateway corriendo en su oficina o casa, sería una alternativa válida. Las telcos que conozco en Chile son: - Entel, del grupo de Vodaphone y la que tiene mejor cobertura - Movistar - Nextel - Telefónica del sur (alguna relación con Telmex) - Claro (creo que es la que peor cobertura tiene o que mas problemas tuvo luego del terremoto) Gracias a todos!
