actually the list is even shorter, as leisure has a value "track" and
natural several values like "coastline", "arete", "cliff", etc., so it
is not the key but the key/value combination that makes sometimes a
closed way an area. This is not unambigous in all cases, that's why
there will probably be an area datatype in the future.
