Hello, I am currently mapping on the island of La Palma and would like to tag the cycling infrastructure there. There are only a few roadside cycle paths, but I have now come across some roads there that have a kind of a shoulder on the left and right with white markings. Here is an example: Is this considered a cycleway =lane in Spain (or on La Palma), or is it more of a narrow shoulder ? A few highway=primary roads have this, but often only for a very short distance.
