Utilise tu l'option -s EPSG:ton_numero_epsg_du_fichier_original dans
gdal2tile.py
La comande que j'utilise pour la photo de Tours :
gdal2tiles.py -r near -s EPSG:27562 -z 15 Ortho_08.ecw tile/
