Le plugin Mapillary fait partie d'une proposition du projet GSoC 2015 maintenant. Espérons qu'il sera accepté. J'ai bon espoir.
Néanmoins, moi j'ajouterai les panneaux comme noeud isolé, exactement où se trouve le panneau. Les inclure comme noeud dans le chemin me semble moins efficace et en outre le tag 'direction' est très fragile. Il perd son sens, (litt. et fig.) quand le chemin est découpé sur ce noeud-là.
