Je ne sais pas quoi penser de ce ticket..
2 exemples :

tms.cadastre.openstreetmap.fr est mis en status 200 car le proxy 
supporte le https
j'ai même fait un commit pour migrer en https en me basant sur ce 
résultat... mais non le certificat est bien valide mais le prox ne gère 
pas la demande en http vers l'upstream
