The Library of Birmingham opens on Tuesday next week, but the building is now complete (I visited on Wednesday; pics at:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Library_of_Birmingham_-_interior_before_opening ) ' so I've removed the "construction site" tags. I also note that the amphitheatre is mapped, but not tagged.
