As strange as it might sound, a Windows Mobile based phone might be good for you, especially the range from HTC. The TyTN II seems to have all the features you want[1], bar the accelerometers. The GPS exports as a simple COM port so works with alot of software. Syncing is a little touchy due to WM6, but can work with multisync/synce[2]. Either that or you can battle with Series60 on Nokia handsets, like the N95 (which I own at the moment).
