I've done a bit of mapping of the WCP, with each county section as a separate relation, all grouped together into a Wales Coast Path super-relation: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_United_Kingdom_Long_Distance_Paths#Wales but it's very embryonic thus far.
