Yep, the Natural England datasets are of good quality. Just one word of warning the Local Nature Reserves data is not OGL licensed so cannot be used. All others are ok for use in OSM - I'm slowing doing Millennium Greens working from the North down one by one so not as to mess up any existing data with a mass import. Currently there is a stub page on the wiki if you want to add any details.
