== 1. Posters: == We are offering to print (free of charge thanks to ITO World) A1 sized posters for display at SOTM. This is ideal for people who want to share something with the community but are unable to attend. Our print deadline for these is WEDNESDAY 28th August (this week). Please fill in the online form and we will get back to you: http://2013.stateofthemap.org/info/call-presentations/ (note that this deadline does not apply if you are intending to print your own poster and bring it with you). == 2. Accommodation: == Because of demand from other events at Aston, SotM has to release any hotel rooms reserved but not booked by delegates by WEDENESDAY 28th August (11am GMT). After that time you'll be competing with others in reserving rooms - they're still available subject to demand: you will have to call Aston's Reservations Team on 0121 204 3726 or email r.bi...@aston.ac.uk and you'll get the best available rate on the day of booking.
