Hi,

This may be old news.

Historic England have made their designation data available as shapefile downloads.

https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/data-downloads/ <https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/data-downloads/>

The following datasets are available.

 * Listed buildings (as points)
 * Scheduled monuments (as polygons)
 * Protected wreck sites (as polygons)
 * Registered parks and gardens (as polygons)
 * Registered battlefields (as polygons)
 * World Heritage Sites (as polygons)
 * Buildings with Building Preservation Notices (BPNs) (as points)
 * Buildings with a Certificate of Immunity (COI) (as points

These appear to be covered by the following licence which references the OS opendata licence

Has anyone used this data in OSM or got any comments about it and the suitability of the licence for use in OSM?

Roger
