What about improving the mapping of eating establishments, with the help of the excellent FHRS comparison site at http://gregrs.dev.openstreetmap.org/fhrs/ ? Metrics might include total number of amenity=(fast_food|cafe|restaurant|pub|bar) objects and also the proportion with name=*, addr:postcode=* and fhrs:id=* tags.
