[Talk-GB] Two Forest of Bowland AONBs

Whilst checking boundary=national_park tags I cam across two 'Forest of 
Bowland' AONBs

From internet checks the orange relation appears to be the correct one.
Does the other blue area represent anything significant? It started life 
as natural=fell so I'm guessing not? Any reason why it can't be removed?
